In this episode of the Self-Care Activism podcast, i will share a few ways that you can begin to restore balance in one-sided relationships. A one-sided relationship is when one person is putting way more thought, emotion, commitment and protection into the relationship than the other person is. This imbalance normally ends up leaving the person who is investing more than the other feeling like they are being treated unfairly and they become resentful. One-sided relationships don't just happen in romantic relationships. They can also happen with family members, friends, co-workers, etc. Listen to this episode to learn a few signs that you should look for to determine if you are in a one-sided relationship and some healthy ways that you can begin to respond to this imbalanced behavior in order to create a more balanced relationship.
